We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Orders are not usually processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays unless stated otherwise.

During busy periods, launches, promotions or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 working days
  • Express Delivery: 4–7 working days, if offered at checkout

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date it is placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to collect from a pickup location

we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier issues, severe weather, public holidays or high seasonal demand.

If you believe your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@newzylo.com and include your order number. We will do our best to assist.
